Terms of Service

PSL Rating is an AI-powered tool that analyzes a photo you upload and generates an estimated facial attractiveness score on the 1–8 PSL scale, together with an optional paid full report. The free score is provided instantly without signup; the full report is a one-time purchase per report.

The service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Scores are algorithmic estimates, not medical, psychological, or professional assessments.

The service is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this website. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly process photos of minors, and we ask you not to upload photos of anyone under 18.

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo of another person who has given you explicit authorization to have their photo analyzed. Before uploading, you will be asked to confirm this authorization.

The following uploads are strictly prohibited:

• Photos of third parties without their knowledge and consent;
• Photos of politicians, celebrities, influencers, or any other public figures;
• Photos of any person under the age of 18;
• Photos obtained without authorization, including scraped, stolen, or covertly taken images;
• Any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to refuse processing and to delete any upload that violates these rules, and to block repeat offenders from using the service.

You retain all ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process that photo for the sole purpose of generating your rating and report.

We do not sell, license, publish, or otherwise use your photos for any commercial purpose. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes. Photos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The free PSL score requires no payment. The full report is sold as a one-time purchase per report (not a subscription) at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including PayPal); we never receive or store your full payment card or bank details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer the scoring model, scraping or bulk-downloading content, interfering with the operation of the site, or using results to harass, shame, or discriminate against any person.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated ratings are estimates and may vary with photo quality, lighting, angle, and model updates. We make no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you made no purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
